To be eligible for a return, your item must in the original packaging and in its original codition(if not due to our error).

1. Please follow these 3 simple steps to return your item(s):

b: You will receive a pre-paid USPS label. Simply print the label and drop your item off at any USPS drop box or give it to your mailman.

c: All returns are processed within 48hrs of receipt. We will promptly process your return upon receipt of the item(s).

2. Exchanges (if applicable)

Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.

We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.

3. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
