1. Please follow these 3 simple steps to return your item(s):

b: You should mail your product to the below address and offer a return tracking number for our reference.:

Please let us know if you need a pre-paid USPS label. We will deduct a return shipping fee($10/Item) from the refund if the return is caused by you.
c: We will process the refund for you within 5 working days after we receive the items.
2. Exchanges (if applicable)
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item.
We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay in the parcel being returned.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

(1) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in its original condition(if not due to our error).
(2) Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
(3) If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
